Why Donate Through Give Protocol?

Transparency

Every crypto donation is recorded on a public blockchain, creating a verifiable record of your gift. Card donations are tracked in your dashboard with payment processor references.

Lower Fees

Give Protocol does not charge platform fees on crypto donations beyond the blockchain’s gas fee (typically less than $0.01 on Base or Optimism). Card donations incur standard payment processor fees — you can optionally cover these so 100% of your intended amount reaches the charity.

Verified Organizations

Charities on Give Protocol are sourced from official public registries and verified through an identity confirmation process. Look for the “Verified nonprofit” badge on charity profiles.

Donation Records

Access your full donation history, export records as CSV, and download receipts — all from your Give Dashboard.
